Our Mission

About AI for Music Education

aiformusic.org

AIforMusic.org exists to equip African music creators with the knowledge, tools, and community support they need to thrive in the age of artificial intelligence. We translate cutting-edge research into hands-on resources so that artists, producers, managers, and educators can turn AI from a buzzword into practical creative power.

Our Approach

Hand-Picked Tool Cards – We vet AI apps for reliability, data use, and local affordability before adding them to the directory.

Bite-Sized Learning – Five-minute videos, step-by-step sheets, and quizzes help you master one skill at a time.

Community Wisdom – A forum and monthly AMAs let peers crowd-solve real studio challenges.

Research Backbone – Content is grounded in ongoing PhD research using the Motivation–Opportunity–Ability (MOA) framework and a Critical-Realist lens.
